We are beyond thrilled to share the news of our November Women Out West Event - marking the beginning of a cherished annual tradition created exclusively for our beloved members. What started as a dream has now become a gathering rooted in sisterhood, heritage, and the joy of riding side by side. This event is a celebration of who we are, the journeys we’re on, and the traditions we’re carrying forward, together.
WOW COW CLINIC
On Saturday, November 8th, we’re teaming up with our friend Christina over at Match Maker Maggios to bring you an afternoon cow clinic designed just for WOW. You’re stepping into one of the most sacred traditions of the cowgirl and horsewoman heritage: learning the art of working cattle.
This clinic is beginner-friendly and will take you from the ground up, teaching you on horseback, how to read a cow, position your horse, and begin to feel the magic of how the two animals work together with you in partnership. It’s not just about skills; it’s about honoring the deep-rooted connection between horse, rider, and cow. A tradition passed down through generations, this is where grit, intuition, and horsemanship come alive.
Imagine the thrill of guiding your horse, sensing its instincts kick in, and watching the dance unfold between you, the cow, and your partner in the saddle. This is an experience that grounds you in history while building your confidence for the trail ahead.
And because no WOW event is complete without good food and laughter, after the clinic we’ll gather for a Catered BBQ Feast by TNT BBQ, made special for our gals and complete with delicious sides, cold drinks, and time to unwind together under the evening sky.
